This picture was shot from Mumzar Park in Dubai. What is seen here is the city of Sharjah which is on the other side of creek. The park is covered by sea and creek. Also seen is a gaint wheel.
Though ISO Speed is only 400, noise is slightly visible.

I like your try here although I believe it could be improved so much.it needs to be more straight and also you have included too much of the water. maybe try to keep the camera higher next time.
