Henningsvær, Austvågøya, Lofoten
This is a very, very classical view of the charming village of Henningsvær on the south west coast of Austvågøya. I went there in mars, during the fishing period that begins in january and ends in april. It was very interesting to see the fishing activity in the village, with many boats coming and leaving, bringing the fish back to the docks where the stockfish is prepared and then dried on wood support in the wind.

Très belle image, très caractéristique de ces villes du nord qu je ne connais pas.
Jolie compo bien équilibrée, très colorée, avec une ambiance de pêche originale.

Belle image de ce petit port de pêche. Couleurs vivantes et une grande netteté. Dommage qu'il y a ce nez du petit voilier dans la coin gauche.

This one is a wonderful view of canal full with boats and buildings. I like the moving boat while living and snowy, foggy mountain at background a lot. Reflections on water are great.

Quel bel éclairage et clarté d'image. La photo de ce port de pêche est superbe et les couleurs sont merveilleuses. Bonne composition et belle perspective. Les montagnes enneigées servent de belle toile de fond.

Etrangement, c'est rare de voir la Norvège représentée de manière si caractéristique, dans toute la splendeur des pays nordiques.
La lumière est vraiment magnifique et le contraste entre les couleurs vives des maisons de pêcheurs et la couleur froide des montagnes, est saisissant.
Très bon cadrage de ce bateau qui semble nous foncer dessus et donne du dynamisme à ta photo.
Jolie réflection également.
Vraiment une superbe compo, bravo.

It's so good to see Samuel that you visited in the late winter/early spring. IMO the best time for seing Lofoten and the low mountains still in the winter setting. Most interesting result you had here, typical of the place and under the best condition - a well disposed compo.
