Photographer’s Note
Cavtat, a town and port in the southern part of the Zupa Bay, 20 km southeast of Dubrovnik; population 2000. Originally it was a Greek settlement called Epidauros. Around 228 BC it was under the Romans and later became a Roman colony. The name Cavtat originates from Civitas vetus, as the fugitives in the newly established Dubrovnik used to call their first habitation.

Brano, this would be one of your clearest photos, I like the way the beach angles back into the photo. I also like the pine tree in the foreground - i am unsure the corners of the photo enhance it or take away from this lovely shot... well done - beautiful area, composition is good, clarity is excellant - bravo! I have enjoyed a tour through your gallery - thanks for sharing :)

This is good Brano - good composition, colour and it is very sharp. The mountains in the background make a great backdrop in Dalmatia.
We went out to Cavtat, but it was in May so there were no crowds, but we did lots of walking and had a great fish meal (not that that has anything to do with photography!)
Regards
Ian
