The 6 seconds you used to shoot this picture seem to be a very good time span to recrd the image. The lines left by the car lights on the streets aren't too long. The city and the reflections on the water are not overexposed and have a lot of colours. I like the greenish tinge to the bottom left and the yellow one to the top rigt.
A very good work and a good eye.
