Photographer’s Note
Are you sure this is the Easter weekend ?
We started snowshoeing yesterday in the Pre-Alps above Montreux under an almost clear blue sky when suddently it started to snow...
And it is still snowing today.

hi, nice "portrait" of this tree, the slope really adds to the composition.

Not really :) Yesterday, when I got up at 7, there was a winter dream, I could not believe my eyes. Blue, sunny, white, but there was also some spring in the air with the birds singing. Something you do not hear in winter the same way. Right now a snow storm as arrived and it is so nice to be inside with the fireplace going. This is a nice photo, maybe the frame is too heavy for the fragile style you want to present, and I personally would have left a little more space on the sides to give more space to "breath". Nice work, and what I like most is the "white in white" and the not much ... things I really appreciate. Enjoy your evening ... Barbara.

Bonjour Chris,
Bonne idée, que cet arbre de Pâques. La pente forme une belle diagonale. A mon goût, l'image est légèrement surexposée, mais c'était sûrement l'effet recherché.

Hi Chris
Good composition and fine POV. The snow covered tree is looking very scenic and beautiful and good framing too.
Regards,
Lopshang.

Hello Chris
a superb minimalist composition which manages to be very dynamic due to the diagonal slope. A very delicate image.
Congratulations
Emmanuel
