Hi Charles
The light of the trees played with the shadows. It was as if the road was alive.

Hi Charles,
I love the tones in this, it's got a nice feel. Great detail in the trees and that curving road to draw you in. The biker - is he holding your bike? Ot has someone nipped off into the trees to 'answer the call of nature'? It is a cold day after all :-)

Hi Charles,
I really like the symplicity of this composition. I might have taken one bike out of it - since it now really feels like this is a friend of yours walking with your bike as well ;-).
Would have liked a little note on the post processing! Haarlemmermeer is not in a fall-out zone of a nuclear disaster hahaha, so the toning - which I do like!! - must be explanable with some post processing... Just missing that explanation ;-).
Greetings and thanks for sharing!

Hello Charles.
Whatever you did to this, the result appeals to me a lot. The composition is also very good, using the broad curve of the path, the line of trees behind it, and the well placed cyclist, to very good effect. To me, who cares if the cyclist is walking with your bike? There is some sort evidence of PP or compression or the result of resizing in the sky, hard to see but it is there. The overall effect, though, is very pleasing.
Regards,
Andrew
