I feel the same about sunsets. For me, the light is much better after the sun disappears below the horizon. The colours become richer and more saturated. I like your shot as the colours are excellent and the light is already enough to let us see the foreground. Well done.

Yes few moment before the sun rises is the best moment to capture the colourful sky, this shot i like alot, the beautiful orange tones is the best combination against the shadows and the reflections just make it more special. It worth for waking up ealier...

The sunrise colours are magnificent. Taking sunrise/set shots close to water doubles the pleasure because of the reflected colour like you have here. The silhouetted palms tell us we are in the tropics and there is just enough light to show some detail in the boats. Well done

Excellent shot, I find this more sunset that sunrise feeling. I like the mood and the smoothness in this shot. The silhouette of the boats ends with those rope gives a balance composition. Those reflections are absolutely an eye catcher.

That is a beautiful colored sunrise on the clouds and a nice reflection as well. When I was on Panglao a few weeks before we did not see any sun at all at sunrise, just clouds ... won't be getting up early for sunrise that soon again.
