This is an example of early planning for urbanism. After the fires at the end of the 17th century it was Lord Walrad, Sovereign of Usingen, who decided that the new district of the city should be planned in total before erecting and also opened the city for the Huguenots. The Church of Huguenots (behind the fountain) still indicates that today, but also the whole square here with all the half-timbered houses around. The streets here in this district cross each other always rectangular.
A stitch of six with the luck of less traffic in the evening. A second issue of different captures was composed to a second panorama, maybe tomorrow.

Hi dear Ulf

Hello Ulf,
A splendid panorama of this lovely square under a beautiful evening light that does the architecture proud. Excellent colours and clarity and very good stitching work.

Hallo Ulf. Was will man mehr. Dein Beitrag ist rundherum gelungen. Viele Grüße, Wolfgang.

Hallo Ulf,
Great stitching, you make really good progress in your work. I see you are using Hugin, that's a good free program. Your stitch is good, but without an interesting it gives you nothing, but i have to admit i like the pov from where you took this one. There is nice warm and on some points hard contrasting lparts, i like that. The deep blue sky brings light in the image...very good work.
Regards, Henk

Hi Ulf,
A nice crisp clear panorama, the streets do look deserted and I can not tell that you have joined together six images. Nice job.
Regards
Wanda

Hallo Ulf,
It's an inviting view over the beautiful square and its charming timbered houses with black roofs. Very nice colours and clarity, spotless stitching.
Um abraço, José.

Hello Ulf,
it is a beautiful image and a beautiful technical performance of assembly. The exposure was well managed and the choice from the point of view is quite selected to show the architecture of this place. Good work.
Have a nice day

Hi Ulf!
The panoramic is very good, you have done a great work with the stitching, almost impossible to notice the signs. The square is also worth to be shown, it's very beautiful and you captured it with very good light. I've always liked those typical houses.

Guten Tag Ulf

A superb choice of a wide angled panoramic format, with good sharpness, & a marvellous blue sky. Well done!

Hi Ulf,

Beautiful large presentation of this square in definitive typical German architecture. Good example of the characteristic timber-framed construction.

Grote Rob

Hi Ulf,
Very nice panoramic photo!Great colours and beautiful light.Nice POV here, excellent work.
TFS/Regards

Achim

Hi Ulf,
While your latest caught my attention, I prefer this one even though right edge warps a little upwards. But shadows are better exposed on this one. Old town square fits really well on panorama format.
Kari

Hello Ulf,

Beautiful town with interesting architecture. The stitching rocess is flawless here and the exposure of all images is very good. I like the fact no people or cars are in sight so as not to distract our attention. Nice work Ulf.

Roberto

Hello Ulf.
A great stitching effort! I have never tried this technique, but can see what great use it is in this type of picture, where we can see the whole square in one shot. The architecture certainly deserves this treatment. I prefer this one to the second shot, actually. Your polariser has worked well here. You were lucky to catch each frame without traffic or people! Very interesting note too, thanks.
Regards,
Andrew
