This is common to many countries, not only in remote villages but in old towns also.
This photo is more about the real life and less about the travel life or the touristic life. Well photographed.

Dragi Miha,

evo fotke koja Sloveniji donosi dva poena, ali to nije dovoljno da i naša ljubimica (koja nije"glupa kot noć") sa pesmom iz Slovenije prođe dalje. Žao mi je, ali biće još prilika. Imam jednu fotku na temu Slovenaca ispred Arene. Poslaću ti nekako. Ova fotka mi se sviđa i kao ideja i tehnički po svim elementima. Fali mi samo miš na prozoru ili stolu i bilo bi kompletno. Ali i ovako, sve pohvale i živ bio!

This kind of thing appears to be happening every where. I understand what you are saying, I also like looking for treasure sometimes only a small thing that interest you & you think wow look what I found.
I lot of old memories in this old farmhouse I'm sure. Lovely clear & colourful capture With good light showing us clearly many fine details & textures.

Yes, really old and deserted place, nicely captured using filtered light through the windows. Must be a lot of spider webs to wipe.

also in Italy, especially in the rural zones there are a lot of abandoned houses as this. I agree with your notes, because the photo is not only sunsets or suggestive landscapes, but also all of this that is around us. The photo is well built with a good management of the light, considering that you has been captured to the inside.

Wonderful derelict house, you have captured the mood so well, the detail in the cobwebs look brilliant. Also you have the highlights perfect for these kind of shots (the cyanish and yellowish casts) and dirty red/brown shadow detail. Well worked Miha

Hello Miha, very atmospheric shot with great play between shadow and light. Superb POV and nice contrasts. You managed light very well despite the difficulty of the situation. Tripod helped too I guess. The workshop shot is also very nice. Thanks for sharing.

Hello Miha,
I am attracted to these abandoned houses too ( as you know from my 'Kalivi' photograph from Skopelos) This one is full of character and very photogenic with its arched windows and thick walls. Many people may have loved that building when it was a home.
You have managed the light very well and the colours are beautifully subtle.
