Photographer’s Note
Just 85 kms from Udaipur, Kumbhalgarh Fort is fortified with 33 kms of walls, over 25 feet thick, the second longest continuous wall in the world. It holds the distinction of being unconquered and the birthplace of Maharana Pratap, the most valiant among Rajput heroes of Rajasthan.

Hello Manish,
An interesting picture and note. The Indian cultural heritage always makes me almost speechless. The picture is well composed with the wall making winding diagonal lines. I like the cropping where the sky has been left out.

33 km of walls! Waoh!
I didn't know this marvellous fort, it's so beautiful and interesting. I like the aerial view and the composition with the wall forming a diagonal.
I'm sorry that when I was in India I didn't visit Rajastan!
Maybe next time...
Compliments again for the fine shot,
Donato

Hi Manish,
I completely agree with holmertz and Longroute. A facinating picture and very interesting and informative note to go with it. Composition and depth of field are excellent. If I had to guess, it was taken handheld. If so and if you don't have one, get a tripod. They are a pain to carry around but vital when taking shot where small apertures for maximum depth of field are needed.
Great work which deserves more points. Well done!
Regards
Robin
