Photographer’s Note

This a partially desaturated image. It shows a craftsman in Diyarbakir, while making preparations to apply tin onthe copperware. I presume viewers will think about this picture like an unreal image, something like a fantasy .
Diyarbakir is a crowded city in southeastern Anatolia, and its bazaar area is really interesxting for photographers.

Hi Izzet, not sure about this one. The seperation between the man (B&W, unclear and in shadow) and the copper (bright sharp and clear) and also the dark halo around the copper is just too much. There doesn't seem to be any connnection. Were they really from the same shot? cheers, Steve

This photo tells all about the details. To make wrinkles on the man's face, texture of the wall crystallized, black and white gave such a beauty...the other beauty is the shining copper in the real color. Another masterpiece.

İzzet hocam
Yitip gitmekte olan degerlerimizin direnişine bir örnek kare. Siyahbeyazı ile nostaljiyi renkliliği ile kaybolmaya karşı direnci anlatıyor. Usta işini bitirmiş keyifle bir yandan yorgunluk sıgarasını tellendiriyor , bir yandanda daha sonra içecegi sıgarasını sarıyor. Çok renkli yurdumuza güzel bir örnek. Elleriniz yüreginiz dert görmesin.

Copper Master tamamda burada esas göze çarpan bence "Photo Master" ....
Muhteşem bir resim... çok beğendim , başka söze gerek birakmayan ender sanat eserlerinden olmuş...

Good use of partial desaturation, to emphasise the fg tin & copper circles, which resemble coins. Good sharpness with the added bonus of a portrait of the man. Tfs!

Interestiung use of the desaturation, although the separation between the two seem a bit harsh. Very intersting idea though.

Çok çok beğendiğim bir kare merak ettiğim Fuji provia ile çekmişsiniz siyah beyaza dönüştürüp bakırları renkli bırakmak için önce scan edip fotoğraf işleme yazılımları ilemi yapıldığı bildiğim kadarıyla karanlık oda teknikleri ile bunu yapmak özellikle dia da çok zor. Aydınlatırsanız çok sevineceğim hocam
