At least you caught good light here, perhaps a bit to dark, but the warm pink glow on the church is what i like and what makes the image. A bit noisy in the sky, but that can easy be removed...

I looked at all your versions of this subject, they very interesting and are successful, but the latter with qulque thing moreover. It is the superb management of the light and the colors. You as well as possible used the blue hour and lightings. It is an excellent work.

Hallo Ulf,
richtig, wir haben schon einige Versionen mit dieser Kirche. Aber wie ein guter Regisseur hast immer bessere Variante gebracht, mir gefällt natürlich diese am besten. Seh klar, sauber, die feinen Details (z.B. die unterschiedlichen Ebenen des Trums) wirken hervorragend, der dunkle Himmel mit hauchfeinen Wolken bieten einen schönen Hintergrund.
Es hat sich gelohnt, auch die Holländer können wir noch sehen.

Für dieses Bild hat es sich gelohnt das Spiel zu verlassen und ein Tor zu verpassen.Dein Standort is gut und die Kompo perfekt mit der Diagonal des daches im Vordergrund.Am Beeindruckendsten is aber der kontrast des Kirchtums mit den Bluehour Tönen des Himmels über Usingen.

I know you have plenty of opportunities to photograph this view, but even so, I find doing that a much interesting way of passing time than to watch 22 guys chasing a ball. :D
I find this sort of exercise or study you have been doing very interesting. It's amazing how all of them have their own unique charm and are different from one another, even if some have much the same POV.
The compo/framing is perfect and so is the light management, which allowed you to catch the beautiful colours of blue hour, with that wonderful balance between artificial and natural light.
I like it a lot!
Just a minor note about the perspective: the left part of the tower is slightly inclined to the counter-clockwise.

The illuminated tower stands out from the dark sky and is a great focal point in the image, and it is well composed amongst the roofs. The shot has a nice mood.

Yes, I do remember this clock tower very well and here I like to look at the soft pink glow on it which contrast nicely with the sky.
