Following my tour of the Municipality of Barichara, in the wonderful land santandereanas, let me make this presentation takes.

Barichara is characterized by steep streets, developed entirely in stone, splendid colonial beauty.

The urban perimeter of Barichara is located on a plane gently undulating to the brink of a plateau, eastern foothills of the Andes, located on the right bank of the river Saravita today Suarez in the province of Guanentá, department of Santander.

Enclose a land area of 134 square kilometers, with fairly rugged terrain. Its height is more of the High Barichara to 1,861 meters

Its urban infrastructure is 1,336 meters above sea level, which gives a warm, dry climate of 23 degrees or so.

Barichara is located at a distance of 340 km from Bogota, 118, Bucaramanga and 20 San Gil, paved road.

Hola John,
I love those wonderful warm colors in the foreground and the way you've used the road to lead our eyes further into the composition. The centered compo works well here and the whole scene is remarkably sharp from front all the way to the back.

John este pueblo es muy bonito. Me gustan las calles inclinadas y la piedra que usan en vez de pavimento. Pienso que eso le da un elemento mas caracteristico. Bonitos colores calidos cque contrastan bien con e cielo azul. Tu angulo es muy bueno para darnos una buena perspectiva de lo largo del pueblo. Gracias amigo.

Hi John,
You chose a great POV for this landscape photo. The road in the foreground leads the eye very well into the picture and also the yellow wall is very well included on the left hand side. The colours are appealing and nicely brought out by the fine sunlight. Thanks for sharing!

hello John,
the road is a great lead-in line here, all the way to the mountains under that beautiful summer sky, I like it a lot. interesting to see how gradually the roofs of the buildings seem to transform into the patterns of brown fields and trees, I find it adds great depth to the scene. useful note too, especially the part about the streets developed from stone. excellent work, my compliments.

Hola John,

¿How I missed this wonderful one I don't know? Probably I was busy for filling my next glass of pure sugar cane rum of Suriname. The yellow tones are enviable with splendid textures of terracotta roofs on narrow alley. Its slope, green part at background are amazing with church dome and yellow facade at left. Fantastic cloudy sky completes your scene perfectly. Congratulations.

ésta también es una bella imagen de este lugar, y se complementa perfectamente con las otras fotos que has presentado de aquí.
La perspectiva es impresionante, hay una gran profundidad en la imagen, la luz está bien gestionada, el cielo también está muy bonito, y los tonos ocres del primer plano aportan un toque de fuerte cromatismo y un excelente contraste con el colorido general de la foto.
