Photographer’s Note
Storm clouds gather over a wreck in the bay outside Coxen Hole. It had been raining on Roatán almost non-stop for the previous three days, and it wasn't about to let up now either.

Hi Phillip,
I like the atmosphere here and the stormy clouds. I think I would have gone for less sky though to put more emphasis on this interesting wreck.

I like the simplicity of this shot Phillip, and the way you silhouetted the boat against the cold blue tones of sea and sky.
You know, I think placing the boat over on the left would have worked better, leaving more space in front of the boat than behind.
Shooting from a lower position (if possible) would have let you place the boat against the sky, rather than having the line of the horizon cutting across it.
I like how you included a lot of sky though - the stormy sky certainly adds a lot to the moodiness of the shot.
Cheers,
Ben

Hello Phillip. Excellent tall frame capture of the coming storm. Nice hues of land and sky with the wreck balances the shot. Regards. Jusni

The darkness of the image goes well with the subject here I think. The emotion it evoques is appropriate.
