HARDANGER FJORD AND MOUNTAIN

The 170 km long Hardanger Fjord is the second longest of the Norwegian fjords.
The fjord divides in about 20 smaller fjords and changes names all the time.
The sceneries around the Hardanger Fjord change between fjord and mountains, dramatic waterfalls and glaciers, romantic fruit gardens and green fields.
Hardanger Fjord is the Garden of Norway, a region which the Norwegians associate with blossom and fruit.

Pleasant cabins "Sjøloftet" (boathouse loft) and "Naustet" (boathouse) for rent at Rykkje, 85 km from Bergen, a wonderful place to stay.
This was the view from our room.
