Most of the temples in Kerala state has its own private pond that is used by the temple priest and by the near by houses. This is one of the biggest temple pond i've seen. Its located in Kannur District of Kerala and it belongs to Sri Rajarashewara temple. The picture also shows typical old houses in Kerala.
