This is a postcard from the Marzipan Capitol of the World.
What actually is the marzipan and why was it important you can learn in this town.
It was once the major town in the Baltic Sea area, extremely powerful so that even king of Denmark had to get acceptance from the city hall in Lubeck.
The two towers on the left belong to St Marien church, the one on the right it is St Petri church. You can actually climb the St Petri tower (and take a night photos from there as I did).
In the center you can see the medieval Holstentor (Tor = gate).

Ale maja w tym Niemczech zabytki. I pomyslec, ze wojne przegrali. W Koronowie, nie tylko w Koronowie, rzecz jasna, wszystko wywrocili do gory nogami, no prawie wszystko. Prawie robi roznice, podobno.

Hello, wonderful this capture of Holstentor, one more significant symbols of Lübeck. In fact, this city was a "capital" of Hansa Federation!!
