Photographer’s Note

....i used to take my lunch in this small restoran located by the stage. Just one room with some table and some seatings, kitchen in the catty-corner. No water taps, no sink. Food is cheap and simple, service is quick. And the most important thing--they are extremely good-hearted!

Hello Toomas,
I almost lost my mind in your gallery full of amazing portraits! Especially your last three photos stroke me very deeply. Because of the attractive texture on background, very strongly emphasizing the faces.
Each face has a thought, something in mind, something to tell silently...
Although they seem to be a madeup scene, there is something very natural in the photos. Very nice work...

Hi Toomas, there are many fince portraits in your gallery but this one with its great colours really jumps out. I would have been tempted to crop this a bit, leaving her further to the right, but leaving the wall on the left. The texture of the wall is very evocative of Africa, with finger smudges and grime. great work. cheers, steve
