Photographer’s Note

This is a hole about 30 feet up the sheer wall in the Zion Narrows. When there is flooding in the canyon these small pebbles are washed into these small holes in the walls.

Hi Jennifer,

Interesting how a minimalist composition can catch our attention. I was drawn to this image because I didn't know what I was looking at. Good thing you wrote a note, however I am still curious as to how large is this small hole. Nice and interesting image. Thanks Jennifer :-)
