Photographer’s Note

There is road that goes all around Lake Plastiras and "closes" the circle after about 60 km. On the west side of the peripheral, you can have a pretty clear view of the lake all along the route. When you pass the dam, most of the eastern goes behind the mountains, the lake remains hidden and you have a nice view of the Karditsa plains.

This photo is taken after passing the dam, on the southeast part of the lake, right before, the lake "dissapears" behind the mountains.

Hρακλάρα καλησπέρα,χθες ξεφύλλιζα και το περιοδικό με το πολύ ενημερωτικό οδοιπορικό σου,σε λίγο καιρό ετοιμάζω και εγώ ένα ταξιδάκι προς την λίμνη!Αν και συμπιεσμένη η φωτό εδώ σε σχέση με του περιοδικού είναι εξισου απίθανη και άκρως Φθινοπωρινή!

What a great landscape with beautiful fall colors. I love the reflection in the water and the sky but something is strange with the mountains...Sometimes I got the same result when I overdo with saturation+sharpen... Generally it's a very nice photo!

Great light here and fantastic autumn colors. The saturation is perfect, but the reflective light over the lake's surface really steals the show here. I love this composition of yours.

your PP is a bit heavy, but the result is obviously interesting to enhance the reflection of light on the water, to provide more saturation on various colors, but talking about the sky, this is the part of the photo that make me think it's overdone

Hello my friend, you know that i admire your work and i must say that i learnd many things by looking at it. But what i see the last time is that your lovelly photo's are getting very color saturated resulting in, for me, to unnatural colors. Ofcourse i understand it is question of taste but personaly i like more your work with the natural greek colors. I would love to see the original of this one.
