It is a little bit brighter now and there are some flimsy autumn tints to see. The fog is moving more and more. Some parts of it are rising to the air, but there is still a good view across this sea of fog. To be continued ...

Wieder ein "sagenhaftes" Foto. Die Schönheit dieses Szenario ist einfach umwerfend. Der Bildaufbau mit diesen diagonalen Felsrippen ist wunderschön und die Strukturen im Nebel beeindruckend. Ein Foto zum Schauen und Staunen ...

fast passend zu halloween - ein orangefarbener himmel und ein gespentischer nebel im tal - was für ein toller an- und überblick! :-)
der bildaufaufbau ist gut, jedoch hätte ich mehr eine 1/3 zu 2/3 aufteilung bevorzugt mit weniger felsen und mehr vom tal.

Hallo Helmut,

einfach nur genial, der Himmel erinnert mich ein wenig an die Lichtstimmung bei meinen Sonnenaufgangsbildern in Höningen (siehe Gallerie); gehe ich recht in der Annahme, dass die Sonne im Bild weiter rechts gesehen rauskommt?
Wie auch immer, ein wunderschönes Foto mit tollem Ambiente..

Hallo Helmut,
diesegedämpften Töne passen sehr schön, dazu sind die einzelnen Nebelfelder gut zu erkennen. Und der Himmel schenkt hintendran das erste Licht noch leicht schwach. Du hast den natürlichen Eindruck gut bewahrt. Schön, das meine Softwaretipps passten.

Hi Helmut,

Foggy valleys are just the most atmospheric and mysterious sites aren't they? I don't know what the emotion is that they stir in me but I am always compelled to look and wonder what lies below. This is a winner. This would also have been a great scene to use a telephoto on to isolate a composition giving that cross more prominence.

Your POV is enviably at high for me while adding all depth of valley already filled with fog clouds. Autumn textures at cliffs, red-yellow spectrum on horizon are eye catching in your very well taken photo. Congratulations. Have a nice weekend.

Hallo Helmut. Landschaft mit Nebel am frühen Morgen. Das Bild erinnert mich etwas an Gemälde von Caspar David Friedrich. Du hast die besondere Stimmung und Stille dieser Landschaft sehr gut eingefangen. Selbst das kleine Kreuz links unten hat hier noch seine Bedeutung. Insgesamt sehr schön und sehenswert. Hi Helmut,
I see you like challenging conditions.
The fog looks really spectacular.
Did you consider to use the gradual neutral density filter?
I recommend cokin grad ND8.
It may be helpful in this kind of shots.
I think this would decrease the contrast between the sky and earth.

verglichen mit der Version 4 ist das eher ein Spiel mit den Farben. Nie ein schlechteres Spiel, hervorragend!
