Photographer’s Note
This was taken in Chinatown in Washington D.C.; this was "shot from the hip" so to speak. I would let my Nikon hang from my neck and without looking in the viewfinder,,,, try to capture interesting people. The angle is off,,, but I still think with the vectors pointing in the same way, the photo has a nice balance to it.

Although a few things bother me about your photo I like it tremendously. The flare in the middle of the subject's chest is distracting, the piece of building protruding from the right upper edged of the photo is odd I would also like a bit more room on the left of the photo his foot is almost cut off.
Buuuut...
I really like the man and his relationship to the speed limit sign the H of the street sign and specially this relationship to the church like building in the background , they have the same tilt and the same coloring.
