Photographer’s Note

Another picture from my last trip to Crummock Water.

I build tripod od this beautiful place and waited for the best lighting and just when I started packing up tripod the sun came up and everything changed colour to the nicest one.

Hope you like it!

Used ND filter and CPL.

Hallo Jiri!
Here you have caught a really wonderful morning atmosphere with an incredible warm light which nearly caresses the landscape. The brownish slopes create a gorgeous contrast to the blue sky. Including this tree was a very good idea - also concerning depth. A great photo! I would like to step into it ... ;-)

Hello Jiri.
Marvellous shot, this one. The morning light is beautiful and has a subtle effect on the Autumn colours. The composition is nicely balanced and pleasing to the eye with the tree leaning into the picture, and the well defined grasses at the bottom of the picture. Just a beautiful photo, well done with your tripod and slow shutter speed. Lucky the wind wasn't blowing!

That's a very beautiful and pleasant photograph!
Natural warm and beautiful colors, excellent and very nice luminosity, excellent sharpness and a very attractive and beautiful composition! I like the whole image, but the tree and the sky are the highlights for me!

Beautiful, peaceful shot! The lighting in this is very nice, just hitting the tops of the trees on the hills, and giving a lot of definition to the landscape. The tree makes a great subject too, very distinguished and beautiful. Well done!

hello Jiri,
I quite like this photo, the minor wide angle distortion adds to the feeling of movement, especially looking at the trees on the mountain slope. the combination of rust brown and green colours works very well to invoke the feeling of cool autumn day. very nice work, my compliments.

Hello, Jiri.

This is Fabulous!

The lighting here is absolutely stunning, showing up all the autumnal colours of the trees on the hillside and the mountain with its summit and snow. The foreground tree is beautifully lit against a beautiful sky, brought out perfectly with the grad filter. And, of course, those fine light green areas in the mid-distance which just add depth to the whole picture.

Did you use a polariser too?

This one, Jiri, is absolutely Stunning! You have done very well here. Thank you for sharing this one. I'm going to add it to my favourites.

Absolutely stunning image. Beautiful autumn light and colours, and interest all the way from the tussocks of grass in the foreground to the snow on the hills in the background. No one element overpowers the rest. All in all a great shot.

Excellent composition and sharpness to this shot, you have the exposure spot on as well.
Great subject matter also, you can't beat the lake district for photograph opportunities.
