Photographer’s Note

Back to seascapes, this one was taken yesterday, and i'm posting it, not just because i like it but also to reminde everyone to be very carefull when walking on the rocks, cause they can be very slippery. Only 15 seconds after taking this shot i was lying on my back with the camera on the tripod lying by my side, with a lee filter smashed and my canon 17-40mm in two pieces. I didnt got injured but got very pissed... due to my lack of attention.

There is a nice mixture from deep blue to orange and back to blue.

Belo sentido de mistério. Sinto-me noutro planeta. Notável tonalidade celeste, onde o azul se mistura de forma fantástica com o laranja. Parabéns.

It would've been very funny if it actually wasn't quite
sad - as no one would like to have their equipment broken,
would they?
Sorry to hear about your misfortune, Sergio - but at least you learnt a lesson (and shared with us).
I have to admit that these details in rocks in the
foreground are priceless! Great textures and sense of
depth. Love the fact that even after 30 secs your water surface doesn't look like a foam!
