Photographer’s Note
I live in cattle country. The hillsides and mountains are a patchwork of pasture and the remaining 8% of the Atlantic Forest in my state of Espirito Santo.
This cow was a little surprised to see me taking a picture. My angle is a little too direct. I wish I had gotten more of a broad view to the left of the cow with the tree behind. Drizzle and clouds were wandering about with me that day, making everything a bit more ghostly.
