Salam Aadiil. Beautiful to the eye, but when I read that it was taken at Humayun's tomb, somehow the whole thing acquired a deep sense of transience- reminding me that everything passes, even the glory of the Moghuls. Regards. Klaudio.

This is one of the most excellent picture of your lights series. i like the simple composition and amazing pov with perfect time, lights and shades looks amazing, specially golden lights. Exposure is very good and everything is perfect here. Infact me with Niraj Sinha also visited the same place few months back. We both captured almost same type of pictures , i'll try to post soon.

Magnificent!
I love the patterns of the shadows on the floor, the delicate light filtered by the moucharabieh. Your low POV elongated the perspective; that's very good. The frame is perfectly balanced and the minimalism of the composition, strikes, once again. Congratulations, Aadil!
I wish you a lot of pleasure in photography during your favorite months. For me, that's the contrary. I feel I will hardly have the mood to photography while the we enter in the winter with the cold weather preventing me to stay too long outside. At least, I 'll delight my eyes with your captures!

You had a lot of lucky with that light here - We were in thise tomb two times in November but smog and dust above Delhi was terrible - so forget about sunny patterns... Great shot!

Olá Aadiil, the show of light is for sure most attractive and in such a central composition it's dificult to get out of this graphic avenue. Beautiful perspective with a nice approach to the ground for a stronger visual effect of the shadows.

Hi, Aadiil,

I also like the months that are late in the year. The earth is changing in ways that seem more visually appealing than in the other seasons and the low sun angle (for those of us at higher N latitudes) make for great lighting effects for photographers.

Your photo has clearly resonated with the TE community. I suppose that all who have visited India have seen these ornate screens with their lovely geometric patterns. You have a good eye to have thought to emphasize the shadow on the floor. I like especially how the pattern is large and a bit indistinct in the foreground and then sharpens as it narrows with increasing distance. The result is a strong sense of depth in the image.

Although the colors here are interesting, given the narrow range of the palette, I wonder if you have thought about a BW version.
