Photographer’s Note

Going outside Siem Reap to the local villages we stopped to watch and talk to the people working in the rice fields. They were busy replanting the rice and this woman was neatly stacking the bundles getting them ready for the planting.

Bundles of green...haha...I hope you get'em for this picture, Maria! Lovely daily life scene, very familiar, yet always fascinating. Colours right on the edge of being too much, just one slight touch more and it would be oversaturated (imho).

Hello Maria,
COngratulations for this very nice composition full of light and sharpness.
The colours are well saturated (perhaps slightly too much? I've never been there, difficult to know how green is really a rice field ;-)

Pienso que es una foto con un encuadre muy bien medido, con unos colores naturales y bien conseguidos, la luz muy uniforme sin sombras y una definición magnifica.
