| Présentation: | Hi all, I'm Ben from Varna, Bulgaria. Joined TE in 2005 by chance following a link from Google. I've got almost 9 years experience in digital photography, graduated from New York Institute of Photography in 1999. Same year I got my first digital camera - OLYMPUS 2020Z. Back then 2.1 Mpx, 3X optical & constant f number 2 was almost a science fiction. Sounds funny these days, isn't it? My understanding about sharing photographs in TE is: - to give the natives an "outside" look so they can see the place they live in trough a different eye - to give the visitors an "inside" look of the place they visit, so they can understand its meaning for the people that spend all their lives there - to show the progress, how the places change and develop as the time goes (a good example are Dubai Tower shots). Thats why I like informative photos accompanied by informative notes. Cheers! Ben | |
