Hi.
Removed the orange colour cast.
Used Neat Image to remove some noise.
Levels to adjust colours.

>open in photoshop
>create copy layer
>change layer mode to screen
>create layer mask and mask off the screen effect to the sky.
>create adjustment layer/curves
>pull highlights section of curve
>create layer mask & mask out curves to sky (all blown)

As suggested I did a recropping to let the upper arch breath a little. I think it's better that way. Thanks !
