I decreased the shadows and increased the highlights to get more out of the vergetation. I added saturation to the greens and the yellows.
In neatimage I decreased the noise in the sky.

Selected the clouds. The magic wand in CS4 is great.
Added 100% blacks to the whites in selective color.

I've cropped the part on the outer right side to bring the focus to the arches and the big house. The road is now a better lead for the eye too.
I've lowered the brightness of the sky (although you casn't bring it back properly). I added yellow to the grays in selective color and a lot of brightness and contrast to bring out the colors.

I just added some blacks and yellow to the whites and some yellow to the grays.
