| Présentation: | Hello, I´m Jonas Schmitt (born the 03.01.1994) and I live in Kempten, a smaller city in the southern part of Germany. When I was a kid , like eight or nine years old, I already took some pictures in my vacation with my first analog camera, that didn´t have any functions at all, just to keep some memories of the places I´ve visited. But the serious photography, still as a hobby, I´ve started in May 2007 with my sister´s Canon Powershot A60. From October 2007 until June 2008 I used my father´s Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ50 until I finally bought the Nikon D300 DSLR. I joined TrekEarth because I want to get deeper insights in photography and learn more about it, and, of course, have much fun on this page. I´m glad of any advice or hint that could improve my photography. Thanks, Jonas My elder brother (who gave me the first "lessons" with a digicam) told me about this page, he´s called cepekdong . My father Johannes also opened an account here. I also told some of my friends, who are interested in photography, about this site and so they decided to join TrekEarth, too.
