| Présentation: | Hello, I have always held an interest in photography, largely due to my father's encouragement. I most enjoy photographing natural landscapes around my home in Brisbane, Queensland, which diversely range from delightful coastal islands and waterways, the mountains of the Great Dividing Range, subtropical rainforests and countryside. I also hold an interest in the urban form and have dabbled in photography of architecture and cityscapes. My more recent images include some long exposure night photography which I hope to improve. My first camera was a very basic HP 2MP and later I purchased a compact Pentax Optio S40 which now serves as my secondary camera. The majority of images taken this year by me are by my Canon Powershot S3I. I have just successfully completed my first year of study of Urban and Regional planing at the University of Queensland, and hope my future job will allow for some further international travel (and photos!). I hope you find my photographs, notes and workshops useful and enjoyable; it is a great thing to be able to share them with you! I intend for my critiques to be as thorough, useful and detailed as possible. :) | |
