| Présentation: | Originally from Laos, Lived in a refugee camp in Thailand for 4 years, now living in U.S. Having such an experience in my younger years, I see things from different perspectives and try not to take anything for granted. Traveling is not just about seeing new places and meeting new people. It’s a chance to observe what others do differently without prejudice or judgment. It expanses our mind and broaden our knowledge, it lets us look at life from many different perspectives. Photography is a form of art that allow us to capture that one moment in time and preserved it. It allows me to share my experiences with others. Life is constant changing, my pictures takes me back in time. Your pictures take me to places I never been. Though it will never be the same as being there in person, but this is the next best thing. That’s what this site is about. Other than photography, I also do painting in both oil and water colors and some pencil drawings. What I look for in a photo is not just technical excellence, but I also look for things that move me emotionally, the tears and Laughsters. Your complement is an encouragement, your honest critiques is more important, and it's the only way I will learn and improve. I will try to do the same for you. For those who put me on their favorite list, I'm very much honored and I thank you for that. There are many great photographers out there and many I still haven’t yet discovered. I like to explain how some of you ended up on my favorite list. There are 3 different reasons I put you on my list. 1. Your gallery inspired me and that I feel that I can learn from you. 2. Your critiques is very constructive and helpful and I feel I can benefit from your critique. 3. This goes to some of the younger and new members, I think that you have a great potential to be very good in the future, and I like to critique your work and hopefully that is helpful to you.
