- Originally from Laos, Lived in a refugee camp in Thailand for 4 years, now living in U.S. Having such an experience, I see things from different perspectives and appreciate more what I have now and try not to take things for granted.
Traveling is not just about seeing new places and meeting new people. It’s a chance to observe what others do differently without prejudice or judgment. It expanses our mind and broaden our knowledge, it lets us look at life from many different perspectives.
Photography is a form of art that allow us to capture that one moment in time and preserved it. It allows me to share my experiences with others. Life is constantly changing, my pictures takes me back in time. Your pictures take me to places I've never been. Though it will never be the same as being there in person, but this is the next best thing. That’s what this site is about.
Other than photography, I also do painting in both oil and water colors and some pencil drawings.
What I look for in a photo is not just technical excellence, but I also look for things that evoke my emotion, good or bad, thought provoking, the spontaneous moments, the educational or historical values, and off course the beauty of this Earth. - Member Since
