Some cropping with perspective modification, autolevels and framing

To place emphasis on the sheer number of bicycles, I felt it was necessary to sacrifice the upper storey and concentrate on the lower deck alone.
I cropped, added a bit of contrast and dodged the shadows trying to get a bit more detail.

i tried:
1. auto levels to increase the contrast
2. sharpen edges to bring out the details

Removed wire. Cropped a lot to the right to remove building in shadow and a little at the bottom. Ran Auto Level and then selected pavement and added a little contrast on it.

Rotated canvas 1.3 to the left. Removed wire. And cropped slightly.

Not a big deal. Just removed the antennas on these nice colorful buildings with the cloning tool.
