Intro: Hi everyone.

I've been a TE member for three years now, and picked up photography shortly before joining TE. I also picked up a love for travel at the same time, and I've been fortunate enough to travel all over Utah, as well as to Wyoming, Alberta, BC, Nova Scotia, the UK, Ireland, France, Mexico, and a lot of other places.

Mostly I love hiking and being in the mountains--there's something about mountains that just resonates deep within me. My other favorite place to travel is to Latin America--I lived in Chile for two years and just love being in Spanish-speaking countries.

TE is a good place to learn a lot about photography, especially if you can find a group of friends/acquaintances who will take the time to help you learn and provide honest assessments. Hopefully you'll find that I do the same. I don't comment on every photo, but when I comment I will definitely tell you what I think of your photo, good or bad. But don't worry--I don't mean any offense. Lots of people were frank with me when I was starting, and lots of people still are, and I'm a better photographer for it.
