Intro: I live on Vancouver Island. My hobby is outdoor photography, particularly water.
I started in spring 2005 with a Canon Powershot and underwater case during a scuba working holiday on Grand Cayman Island. These days I'm using a Nikon D80 to capture images of this part of the country.
My portfolio seems to have more B&W images than most other Trek Earth members, and my subjects tend to be more of nature (water, stones, horizons) than of people.
I just completed a draft of 112-page book of a local creek and its estuary. A poet is writing some verse to accompany the images, afterwhich I'll send it off to a publisher, or try the self-publish route.
