| Présentation: | I live in Espoo city, which belongs to the metropolitan area of Helsinki. I have been photographing more or less randomly and lazily in the past and the main part of the snapshots was photos of family occasions. Like with so many other fellow TE photographers my photographing hobby got a boost, when I got my first digital camera in 2002. After retiring from a microwave telecommunications engineer's job I now have more time for going out for photo walks. My city has a sea shoreline, several lakes and lots of woods, which are my most frequent photo targets. Occasionally I try to experiment with cityscapes too. Among my other interests are listening to classical music, weather phenomena both locally and globally and various internet and computer activities.
