Hi,
I lightened the shot, decreased the red content and increased contrast and saturation slightly. Photography is always a question of personal taste but I hope you like the changes.

What I did:
Rotated 2 degrees CW to correct the tilted horizon
Selected the rocks and adjusted the contrast/brightness
Selected the sky and applied 2 pxls of gaussian blur to reduce the noise

First, the cropping to remoe the foreground object and secondlt, rotate the building to its proper level. A minor adjustment, indeed.
