| Présentation: | Finally, I have finished the first draft of my screenplay! Now I have only about two more drafts to get it into "R" or "NC-17" ratings for the US film system. It's for adults, not children-Why must it be rated? UGH. Obviously, I am very interested in film, and am a particular fan of Italian cinema. I have received confirmation from various web based sources that the "Suspiria" remake has been green-lighted. To those of you unaware of this film, it is one of the greatest works of one of our greatest living Directors-Dario Argento. (Forever Il Maestro to me and other adoring fans) Released in 1977, it was light years ahead of it's time, but of course misunderstood by the Hollywood system. Now, a director has decided that this Masterpiece was just "A cheap Italian gore film", and decides he can do it better. I am angered, appalled, and disgusted by this assasination.
