Here I increased tonal contrast and converted this b/w into duotone. I also, added some slight vignetting.
I'm not saying this improves the original that is VERY good - just giving you my version (vision) of it.

I give a little push to your wonderful photo.
1. Color Balance, +27Blue at shadows, -10Red, +11Blue at Midtones
2. Extra points at curves, in/out, 12/7, 46/39, 146/147, 187/202, 232/241, 249/248
3. +38saturation at yellows only at the green strip at right.
4. Shadows/ Highlights, Shadows, Amount:3%, Tonal Width 50%, Radius:30px
5. Fade sharpen at 25%
