| Présentation: | I recently returned from a fantastic three-month stay in Madagascar, working with a charity called the Dodwell Trust, then travelling a bit. I am currently taking a gap year before university, and hope I can travel somewhere else before September. Istanbul, Athens, Venice, Rome, China and Egypt are high on my list of want-to-go places. I am by no means a really practiced photographer, and have no pretensions to artistic or technical greatness, so I'm hoping TrekEarth will help me improve. I therefore appreciate all criticism, good or bad. A great love of mine is history, which luckily complements my love of travelling very well. My photos are therefore mostly architecture-based. My current camera is just an ordinary digital camera - an Olympus C-500 - although it did once survive being forgotten in a field for two weeks, so maybe it has some kind of special robustness. ***** Je viens de rentrer d’un séjour fantastique de trois mois en Madagascar, travaillant avec un organisation caritative qui s’appelle le Dodwell Trust, puis je voyageais un peu. A ce moment, je prends une année sabbatique avant d’aller au université, et j’espère que je puisse voyager quelque part autre avant septembre. Istanbul, Athènes, Venise, Rome, Chine et Egypte sont tous haut sur mon liste des endroits qui je veux voir. Je ne suis pas un photographe avec beaucoup d’expérience, et n’ai pas des prétentions artistique ou technique, donc j’espère que TrekEarth m’aidera d’améliorer. Donc j’apprécie toute criticisme, bon ou mal. J’adore l’histoire, qui heureusement compliments mon adoration de voyager très bien. Mes photos sont donc d’architecture pour le plupart. Mon camera actuel est juste un camera digital ordinaire – une Olympus C-500 – bien qu’il a, une fois, survécu dans un champ pendant deux semaines, après je l’avait oublié. Donc peut-être il a un type spécial de solidité. | |
