| Présentation: | I am a Materials Engineer and a translator. Photography is a hobby for me. I enjoy traveling and learning about other cultures and ways of life, which I try to capture on pictures. I also love exotic food, tennis (I'm a Roger Federer, Justine Henin and Gustavo Kuerten fan), crosswords, sudokus, languages, and enjoy reading very much. I have a Sony DSC-S30 which I bought in the year 2000, so resolution is not the best. However, despite the barely 1.6 MPixels, the camera really delivers. In 2006, I bought a Canon 3S-IS, and am still experimenting with it and learning to use it. I mainly bought it because of the optical zoom (12X), a faster reaction when pushing the shutter, and the sensibility under low light conditions. Finally, I have a Canon Cybershot A 430 which I won in a photography contest last year. Thanks in advance for your comments on my pictures. I want to learn as much as possible from your critiques. I also have a page in Treklens and one in Treknature, if you want to see other pictures I've taken, although my real passion is travelling. | |
