Its not that I hate the antennas, its the real bight sky which distracts me in this shot. If only you could cut down that tree. Even i little rotation to level it a little. This is my opinion.

Just removed the dark edge on the left and bottom. Centers the building a bit better.

I found the background to be a little dull in the original. This was quite rushed, but I have added another layer and have tried to have the background black and white while adding grain. I have saturated the people and added some contrast. A little different, but I hope you like it
