| Présentation: | About me Born in the south of Romania, I spent my early childhood there, then moved to the extreme north, in the picturesque region called Maramures, where I spent my childhood and teenage years. That early "migration" probably gave me the taste of exploring new places, and the spirit of restlesness. I'm 26 now, and had a chance to live for longer or shorter periods in UK, USA, Cyprus and currently in Ireland. Photos I like to take pictures of beautiful places and historic buildings (castles and churches). I also like portraits, but I consider them much more difficult. I like to capture the spirit of the places I see, not just the touristic view. Equipment An amateur photographer, with an amateur camera. Critiques are welcome. Let me know if you have questions about any of the photos, and I will try to update the notes accordingly. Update January 6th 2008 Santa was generous this Christmas, and I now have my own Canon 400D to play with!
