Michelle, Thanks for your nice words to my new year's eve upload. It was kind of "a shot in the dark" :), as I'd hoped to catch something around midnight but was disappointed. So when they fired away I took a chance - without my tripod, as I didn't know how long they'd keep doing it - and this was the only acceptable shot, so I'm glad you liked it. Further more - as you notice in your comment - we actually have snow. Quite a bit too as temperature is around 0°C (32°F) - melting during the day and freezing during the night - so it looks rather wintry around here, which is a nice change.
