| There is actually some cool stuff too see there, but i depends on your budget. There is some very good diving and several good areas to camp in the desert where sites already exist. There is salt flats and colorful landscapes which are very unique. You might want to check out www.lonelyplanet.com and go to the thorn tree forum. Lots of info there. I have more shots of djibouti on my website at www.nomadpics.com. Thec apital is not the nicest place. I liked Obock, where this shot was taken but there no hotels and i slept on the beach with a somali man i was travelling with, we came from Eritrea.
