hi, thanks for the feedback. i promised my tour guide that i will put as much pictures as i can on trekearth to help them promote Cambodia. they need the foreign exchange earnings from tourism for their country. That aside, honestly it is a beautiful place to visit especially if you love history. there is so much of history there. the kingdom of Cambodia was at one time the largest in south east asia and i didnt know that Thailand didnt even exist during those days. Thailand only started around 13th century whereas cambodia is much much older than that. The ruins of the temples carry a lot of stories so a book on them or a guide is very useful while travelling there and the stories of the various kings that came into power and what they did fascinate me! When i travel in China visiting those ancient temples and tombs i didnt feel comfortable but here in Cambodia i feel absolutely comfortable. We Chinese believe the "spirits" are there ... so it is a belief that when you feel comfortable those are good spirits ! ;0) LC			CambodgeCambodge Ancient doorways lctan (1057)
