Some images of Pushkar, a wonderful city in Rajasthan set around the holy Lake Pushkar.

Whilst travelling in Asia I heard a saying that I thought was quite amusing. It says that "the Vietnamese people grow the rice, the Cambodian people 'watch' the rice grow, and the Lao people 'listen' to the rice grow!!"

It's meant to highlight how laid back and relaxed the Lao people are about life in general. Not a bad way to live I say! :-)
