Every June, some 200km south-east of Paris, a car endurance race is held. 250.000 Race fans from all over the world gather at Circuit de le Sarthe to see race cars go by for an entire day and night in an event called: the 24 hours of Le Mans.

I shot a lot of photos and I want to share my love for this event by sharing these on TE in this theme called: The 24.

When I travel I take with me 3 things: my camera, driving license and Mizuno running shoes. Running is the #1 jet-lag killer.

For me it is the best way to get the first real feel of a new environment. All your senses open up and you get everything in. How do people respond if you run by? Eye contact? A nod? A smile?

My first run in a new environment sets the tone.
