Here are some pictures of a trip in Ecuador.
Here is the itinerary:
- La laguna de Cuicocha
- Quilotoa loop
- Cotopaxi (5897m)
- Galapagos on a boat trip for 4 days and 3 nights.
So we went there during 3 weeks. We planned about 10 days to acclimatize to summit Cotopaxi. The plan was if we succeed clmbing Cotopaxi, we have the right to go to the Galapagos. If not, we would try again few days after.

In October of 2004 I had the opportunity to visit the Galopogos Islands
On the trip I opportunity to see the animals that I learned about in my Genetics courses involving Darwin's Expeditions
This was certainly a chance of a life time and I hope that everyone can have the opportunity to see these amazing islands

Its the day after the carnival here so Cuenca is officially shut, all of it. The only benefit the torrential rainstorm that we have just had is that it has doused all the kids throwing water bombs (a carnival favourite in Cuenca) I have been hit about 8 times I think you get extra points for a gringa. ...
